I have been using Alert Electrical for about 12 years. Victor is very responsive and clarifies what you want done as well as suggesting ways to handle the issue which I really appreciate as I do not have the technical knowledge. I would always recommend Alert Electrical as a reliable, professional company.

Hands down the best electrician I have ever had the pleasure of using. Victor was fantastic! Punctual, spot on for price, courteous, excellent work with a very high level of attention to detail. We had three fans installed by Victor and I have since recommended Alert to family and friends.We also had Alert relocate an interactive white board and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Rang and spoke to Stuart to get a quote to replace power points, put a tv and soundbar on a wall, move a couple of other power points and tv antenna. He came out the next day, provided a quote (at a great price). The two guys that came out (their names escape me) were professional and on time. They did a fantastic job, kept me informed and even cleaned up afterwards. Fantastic service and would highly recommend the team at Alert Electrical.

Rosie answered the call when I was looking for a local electrician to assist. She was friendly, able to quote on the spot and provide a reliable and quick booking only a couple of days later for our small light fitting installation. No trouble at all!Matt visited on the day, masked up and very courteous (and slightly early too). Job was done professionally, promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Final pricing came in spot on the quotation and I can’t fault a thing. It was a very seamless experience.The Alert team have been a pleasure to deal with and I can highly recommend them. It’s nice to know we now have a great local business we can also continue to work with and recommend into the future - thank you!

Victor is a total professional from start to finish. He is extremely reliable and responsive, skilled and precise. He has done a range of electrical work for me over several years and it's been a pleasure to deal with him every single time, with excellent results (aircon installation, switchboard replacement, outdoor security lights, replacing all internal light fittings and other jobs). I was introduced to Alert Electricail via Service Central after posting a big job.Stuart from Alert was the first to respond and the first to quote.After waiting and waiting for other quotes (some just never materialised) I engaged Alert Electricail because of Stuart’s service and pricing.The day of the job the guys arrived on time, the job went for several days and all was completed with care and attention.Stuart and all the crew were a delight to deal with and they even cleaned up after themselves, didn’t think they taught that in trade school these days 😂.Highly recommended.

Have used Alert Electrical twice recently after a referral from a friend who was also very impressed with them. We have dealt with Victor on both occasions. He rings to confirm the appointment, turns up on time, extremely professional and polite. Both jobs have been fixed perfectly and nothing is too much trouble. Also very reasonable rates. I highly recommend them and will be using this Company in future for all my electrical work.

We have used Alert several times now for different areas of our house during renovations and everytime they have been amazing. What a delight to deal with a company that does what they say they will do! Made a call, explained what we wanted, got an on the spot estimate, agreed a time. Got a call from Victor about 20 mins before time to say he'd be about 10 mins late. Arrived when he said. Victor was friendly and professional, gave us advice to reduce costs, did the work promptly and left without making a mess. The charge was very reasonable. What more could we ask? You can be sure, he is now on our list of preferred suppliers! Thank you, Victor.

Victor is one of the best tradesman we have had the pleasure to come across. He is polite, punctual and never gave up on trying to find a solution, in our best interest, to our challenging problem. As we had a narrow time frame to work with he promptly followed up on everything and helped us all the way until it was resolved. We cannot recommend him more highly.

Could not recommend this company highly enough. In recent years I've had bad experiences with tradies turning up late or doing a substandard job. Not so with Alert electrical. Victor quoted a variety of works I needed done and patiently answered all my queries. We have a solid brick period style house which raised some difficulties with the electrical works I wanted done. However, where there were difficulties, Victor came up with innovative alternatives/workarounds to achieve my desired results and we could not be happier. Alert was recommended to me by friends and I will be recommending them to others in the future and using them for any future electrical works we require. Honest, old fashioned service. Thank you Victor and team!
