Alert Electrical is the preferred electrical maintenance provider for City of Darebin, responsible for reactive and cyclical maintenance of council, depots, offices, libraries, childcare centres, kindergartens, sports pavilions and town halls.
Providing rapid response and attendance within KPI measurements are vital to maintain the safety of government sites. Working with Facilities Maintenance team members and also the Climate Change Action Team to promote environmental sustainability and choices within the local community.
The City of Darebin is home to more than 130,000 residents spread across 55,000 properties. The City of Darebin has many heritage sites and buildings that require extra special attention when it comes to construction and maintenance.
The Council places a heavy emphasis on environmental sustainability and we liase closely with the Climate Change Action Team. Our team of Accredited Ecosmart electricians are well versed on reducing energy consumption, carbon outputs and recycling.
Alert Electrical is responsible for the cyclical maintenance of this council – emergency and exit lighting maintenance, test and tagging and switchboard maintenance, together with reactive breakdowns and emergency works.
We are also preferred electrical suppliers for Capital Works undertaken by the council, recently we completed the LED re-lamping of the Northcote Town Hall (under the VEET scheme), development of the DISC centre in Fairfield and installation of light poles at Reservoir Depot Car Park.
